Today, our P7 children joined together with the P7 children from Clintyclay Primary School for a special Confirmation retreat at Clonmore Hall. The retreat was led by Bosco from Síolta and offered our pupils a meaningful opportunity to reflect deeply on the sacrament they are about to receive.
Throughout the day, the children explored what it truly means to be confirmed — not just as a ceremony, but as a commitment that will shape how they live their lives every day. Through thoughtful discussions, interactive activities and quiet reflection, they came to understand how the gifts of the Holy Spirit can guide and inspire them long after their Confirmation day.
It was wonderful to see both schools coming together in such a positive and supportive environment, learning from each other and strengthening the bonds of friendship and faith.
Our P7 children will make their Confirmation on Saturday, 18th May in St Patrick’s Church, Dungannon. We ask the whole school community to keep them in their prayers as they continue their journey of faith.
