P6/7 Take Part in E-Safety Workshop

22nd Jan 2026

Today, our P6/7 pupils took part in a highly engaging E-Safety Workshop, designed to help them stay safe and make responsible choices online.

During the session, the children explored both the benefits and risks of using the internet, with a strong focus on real-life situations they may encounter. Through interactive group activities, discussion, movement tasks and creative work, pupils learned about:

  • Keeping personal information safe online
  • Social media and gaming awareness
  • Cyberbullying and digital abuse
  • Making responsible online decisions
  • Understanding digital footprints
  • Recognising online risks and knowing how to respond
  • How, when and where to seek help and support

The workshop encouraged pupils to think critically about their online behaviour and empowered them with practical strategies to help them stay safe in the digital world.

Well done to our P6/7 pupils for their excellent participation and thoughtful contributions throughout the session.
